Utility Data | General Sales Tax | Property Tax

Citizens can make utility and tax payments by mailing to the City of Excelsior Springs, or at the Hall of Waters, Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. A drop-box for payment of water bills is available on the west side of the Hall of Waters.

The Finance Department oversees all billing and collection of revenue due the City of Excelsior Springs. In addition, the Finance Department disburses monies due vendors for purchases made by all departments within the City of Excelsior Springs.

The City of Excelsior Springs requires an occupational license for any individual or business conducting business within the City of Excelsior Springs. Additional information is required depending on the type of business you operate. Please call 816-630-0763 for information.

Businesses serving or selling liquor are required to complete a liquor license application.
