Broadway, Excelsior Springs, by purchase or long term lease, in &#8220;as is&#8221; condition.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><del>PROPOSALS DUE: MAY 23, 2016<\/del><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #d60202;\"><strong>NOTICE: PROPOSAL APPLICATION EXTENDED TO JULY 6, 2016<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The City of Excelsior Springs requested proposals for renovation\/rehabilitation of the Hall of Waters building at 201 East Broadway. Responses were due on July 6, 2016, and two responses were received.<\/p>\n<p>A committee of staff and City Council members have completed a preliminary review of the submissions. As the Hall of Waters is deeply rooted in the identity of Excelsior Springs, the City is in no rush to make a decision on these proposals, but is more concerned with making the best decision for redevelopment of the building.<\/p>\n<p>At this point in time no decision is imminent on these proposals.
