First and foremost, we are a service organization. The City of Excelsior Springs strives to recruit and retain the best possible employees. Our support services team provides internal support to all departments in the form of organization and leadership, building maintenance, finance, risk management and personnel support services. These employees also provide support to the various boards and commissions.
