For Residents who experience missed trash or recycle on Tuesday:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Please contact Customer Service at 816-254-1470 to report the miss. Also, please call Public Works at 816-630-0755, ext. 4421. If it is more convenience to call after our office closes at 4:00 p.m. \u2014 you should still call and leave a message. It is imperative you contact us early the next day. Please leave your name, address, phone number and specify if it was trash or recycle that was not picked up.<\/strong> Leave the cart at the curb (they can\u2019t pick it up if it\u2019s not at the curb). It\u2019s important to call.<\/p>\n
