– 353 Tax Abatement approval for 205 N Marietta Street<\/div>\n
– Amendment to Chapter 235 prohibiting interference with first responders engaged in the performance of their duties;<\/div>\n
– $1,270,000 in streetscape construction projects to complete roadway repairs;<\/div>\n
– Zoning amendments that simplify working with Community Development on projects;<\/div>\n
– Rezoning the Marocco Estates Subdivision to allow for multi-family housing;<\/div>\n
