\"PhotoA drop-box is located on the circle drive (pictured at right) at the Hall of Waters for after hour payments. Payments left in drop-box after 7:00 a.m. will be credited to the next days business.<\/p>\n

If your Water Service has been discontinued due to non-payment:
\nService can be restored after payment of the past due and current charges due, possible increase of deposit (plus $35 reconnect fee). The city will accept cash or money order only at the Hall of Waters between the hours of 8:15 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Holidays. Office closed noon to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

What charges are included on my water bill?<\/strong>
\nYou are charged for water, sewer, refuse collection, annual primacy fee.<\/p>\n

What is required to establish water service?<\/strong>
\nThe city requires a citizen to come in person to the Hall of Waters, 201 E. Broadway, 24 hours before a service connection is needed. A $200.00 deposit, lease agreement or property purchase paperwork, and a photo ID are needed. Additional information may be requested at the cashier’s window.<\/p>\n

The city provides a Newcomer Information Packet<\/a> that includes understanding your water bill, sample utility bill for water, sewer and refuse, refuse and recycle service, and more.<\/p>\n

\nThis Water Quality Report<\/a> is provided in accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and designed to inform you of the quality of water provided to our customers last year. A paper copy can be obtained by contacting: Rachel House, 816-630-0755 x 4422.<\/p>\n
