The Finance Department is located at the Hall of Waters.<\/p>\n

Our offices are open 7:45 AM to noon and 1:00 PM to 4:45 PM Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial transactions of the City, including:<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Vendor payments
\n\u2022 Utility billing
\n\u2022 Issuance of occupational licenses
\n\u2022 Payroll
\n\u2022 Fixed asset tracking
\n\u2022 Budget and audit preparation
\n\u2022 Investment management<\/p>\n

The City of Excelsior Springs requires an occupational license for any individual or company conducting business within the city.<\/p>\n
