The program offers income tax credits for renovation or new construction of owner occupied housing within the areas shown on the maps below.<\/p>\n<p>The map below left is for the areas that meet the definition of Distressed Communities and will also be referred to as qualified areas in the program information. The map on right is referred to as an eligible area (not distressed as the map is labeled).
