City Owned Lots for Sale
The City of Excelsior Springs owns a number of vacant lots that we’d like to see back in private hands and put to good use, whether that’s a new home, a side-yard expansion, a garden, or a small infill project that fits the neighborhood. Returning these parcels to private ownership gets them back on the tax rolls, adds to the housing and investment we want to see across the city, and turns underused land into something that strengthens the block around it.
