PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS AND CANVASSERS
Identification Card Requirement
In the City of Excelsior Springs, all peddlers and solicitors are required to obtain an identification card before conducting activities within city limits. This process helps ensure transparency and builds trust with residents.
- Peddlers and Solicitors: Must obtain an identification card in accordance with City regulations. Operating without this card is prohibited.
- Canvassers: A canvasser is not required to have an identification card. However, any canvasser wishing to reassure residents of their good faith may request and be issued an identification card upon request.
